Our Team

Pastor Jeff is our Senior Pastor. For the past 20 years, he serves and pursues his passion to lead our church in maintaining and expanding our mission to meet needs, build relationships, and share the Gospel. Brother Jeff has a doctorate in Theology and a doctorate in Religious Education. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing video games, and is proclaimed by many to be a grill master.

Terri serves with our First Impressions, Worship, and Leadership systems. She encourages others to passionately pursue a personal relationship with our God by discovering their spiritual gifts. She has a degree in Religious Education. She is married to Pastor Jeff. They have 3 adult children and 2 crazy beagles that occupy much of their spare time. If not walking her dogs, Terri enjoys a good book on her back porch.

Dona is our Church Administrator. She actively supports Calvary and all its ministries by managing the many duties of the church office so the work of the ministry is the central focus. She has a B.A. in Business Administration and has been a member of Calvary and staff for over 6 years. Dona has two daughters in college and loves to travel.

Harris is our Children & Families Pastor. He creates fun and interactive worship experiences for kids and equips parents to be the spiritual leaders of their homes. His wife and daughter have been serving in Kids Ministry with him for over 4 years. Harris has a Masters in Divinity in Pastoral Studies with an emphasis on children and families. Harris is also a huge fan of the Clemson Tigers and Green Bay Packers.

Gwen Freeman is our Children’s Ministry leader. At Calvary Baptist Church, we are excited to share the good news of Jesus with your children. We offer Children’s Church for kids ages 3 years through 5th grade during the Sunday morning worship service. The children have Bible-based lessons that include stories, skits, crafts and games. We currently have three groups divided by age allowing them to have age-appropriate lessons. The classes are: 3 years – Kindergarten; 1st – 2nd grade and 3rd through 5th grade. We hope to give them the tools to build a solid foundation in Christ. Gwen and her husband Kevin, and sons Jordan, Jacob and daughter Josie are all members of Calvary.

Taylor is our Marketing and Production Director. Taylor is dedicated to sharing God’s Word in a way that people can interact and enjoy learning more about our Heavenly Father. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with her B.A. in English. Taylor and her husband Aaron are both members of Calvary. A fun fact about Taylor is that she loves to kayak!

Donna is our Facilities Director. Donna helps to keep our facilities clean, comfortable, and inviting for all of our members and guests. Donna, her husband and their two children have been part of our Calvary family since 2015. A fun fact about Donna is that she loves to go antiquing.

Pastor Gary leads our Prayer Ministry. He works to encourage every believer to develop an active prayer life! Gary has a PhD in Counseling & Psychology and another in Theology. He and his wife have been part of our Calvary family since 2013. A fun fact about Brother Gary is that he loves to read and collect books.
